Before You Buy — Try the Free Version First

The Free version of PyNoteFlow has the exact same features as PRO — the only difference is a limit on the number of notebooks you can open per week. Every feature, including the AI assistant, live annotation, Writing Pad, Jedi autocomplete, and all themes, is available in the free tier.

We strongly encourage you to test the free version thoroughly before purchasing PRO. This way you can verify that PyNoteFlow works on your browser and system, and that it meets your needs — before any money changes hands.

If you encounter any issue while using the free version, please let us know before purchasing. Email us at contact@hh-globals.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Reports from free users directly help us fix bugs and improve the product for everyone.

1. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your PRO purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No reason required.

2. How to Request a Refund

We will process your request within 2 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle within 3–5 business days.

3. Payment Processor

All payments for PyNoteFlow PRO are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance on our behalf. For billing inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.

4. After a Refund

Upon processing a refund, your PRO license will be deactivated and your account will revert to the free tier. You can continue using PyNoteFlow for free.
